| | We are all Drag racing fanatics who like to drive to the limits of our various types of Dragster, Funny Cars, Altereds, Door Slammers & Slingshots.
Our aim is going fast, doing long smokey burnouts and putting on a great show at Santa Pod and Shakespeare County Raceway.
We are grateful to the tracks for the time and quality of the preparation and safety allowing us to do our wild runs.
Many thanks to all of our sponsors who are Good Vibrations, Motor Shack, LA Commercials, Fester Race Cars, Paul Watts Academy Glass (IOW), Mad'R's Drag Racing.
If its big, bad and blown it’s a Supercharged Outlaw; the wildest looking cars you’ll ever see on a drag strip. Born with affordability (sometimes) in mind as well as having fun, the Supercharged Outlaw class features a breed amongst other racing machinery to hit the quarter mile.
Open to slingshot front engined and rear engined dragsters, short wheel base altereds and ground thumping door slammers, from the very beginning, the class of driver comprises of a very diverse group of individuals. From sheet metal workers to truck operators, one would never know the difference once these drivers climb on board, flick the ignition switch and hit the track with all guns blazing.
With cars ranging from monstrous American inspired nostalgia front engined dragsters to mega cubed Pick-Up Trucks, the Supercharged Outlaws can field an entry of 12 to 16 cars or more, thrilling the crowds with their long smoky and sometimes lane swapping burnouts, to full power seven and soon, six second runs with the speed to match, the Supercharged Outlaws never disappoint.
Touring both Shakespeare County and Santa Pod Raceway’s, the Supercharged Outlaws are fast becoming crowd favourites at a variety of events and meetings. Its not only the drag meets the racers support but also the car shows get just as much equally billing if not more with there own impromptu mini Cacklefests!
